Swans5 is a Research Consultancy focused on recognizing the opportunities in and around a post-war Russia following cessation of hostilities between the Russian Federation and Ukraine and a general lifting of sanctions on business with Russia.
Swans5 believes that reintegration of Russia into the global economy, just as after the Cold War, will release many businesses to flourish as a consequence inside and outside Russia.
Our mission is to research and advise, identifying assets most likely to outperform in that scenario. These assets may be companies, particularly those listed on exchanges around the world, where the lifting of sanctions will be the starting gun for a return to previously successful activity, or suppliers of important components to boost Russian operations and peacetime production.
Lifting of sanctions will release the potential of pent-up flows of information, talented people and intellectual property, consumer demand and, most importantly, capital investment in the natural resources and advantages of the planet’s largest nation – from the Far East to Central Asia and the Arctic.
This increase in commercial activity, by its very nature, benefits all those taking part. Under these circumstances, Swans5 would be in a privileged position to establish a special fund to facilitate and accelerate access into effective investments.
We will advise businesses considering how best to return to Russia whether to source or supply good and services, or to secure partnerships. We will offer the services of powerful proven service providers (banking, legal, media…) to reduce risk, and we may potentially invest in joint ventures.
Swans5 mission is not political. We can have no position on the situation which brought about sanctions and we do not offer predictions on when and how peace will blossom. We are preparing for a positive future with an undetermined timescale. We guarantee nothing except an interesting journey and our best forecasts of which the most profitable opportunities will be.
